Civilian Review Boards is a group of citizens assigned by the municipal department to review the complaints of other civilians against police misconducts (Seyffert, 2017). It can be said that there are several reports of police misconducts which needed to be solved as it is a true fact that the police officers do a very stressful job and it is very normal for them to lose their temper and make wrong decisions which might adversely affect the citizens. Thus, there are several issues in which public report against police officers.
